Quiet Hours

To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests, we ask that quiet hours be observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Children

Children are welcome at the lodge. We ask that they are supervised at all times, especially in shared spaces.

Weather & Remote Location

Due to our remote setting and Alaska’s dynamic weather, travel plans may occasionally be affected. We recommend allowing flexibility in your schedule when visiting.

Payments & Cancellations

A non-refundable payment in full is required at the time of booking for all confirmed reservations.

Because of our small size and remote location, cancellations can significantly impact our operations. While payments are non-refundable, we understand that unexpected situations can arise and will always do our best to work with guests when possible.

We strongly encourage guests to consider travel insurance.

Respect for the Space

Our lodge is designed to be a welcoming, shared environment. We ask all guests to be respectful of the space, staff, and fellow visitors to help maintain the atmosphere that makes this place special.
